Get personalized training from me to improve your results. I offer one-on-one training sessions and group training for long distance running with the first three sessions free. After that it is $22.50/half hour and $45/hour.
I offer one-on-one and group coaching for anyone over the age of 8 years old. Training session lengths and styles will vary depending on age. Running can be fun if cultivated in an encouraging environment. I have several years of experience with children and am currently employed at St. Vincent De Paul as a P.E. Assistant.
I recently received two Masters Degrees, one in Strategic Communication from UT Austin and another in Applied Sport & Performance Psychology from University of St. Thomas, Houston. I earned my Bachelors in Sports Management from the University of Arkansas in 2023. Having moved out of my own state during the COVID-19 pandemic allowed me to dive deeper into my favorite activities. My passion for running grew stronger throughout my college years. I learned that I love to see people accomplish their goals through plans and training I provide. There is truly nothing like accomplishing a goal that you have put all your time and energy into.
My family has had a huge impact on why I love sports so much and chose it as a career path. I have several family members who competed at the Division I level, so being active was always prioritized and I was taught there are so many ways to do so. I fell in love with running because my parents were avid runners, running half marathons across Texas throughout my childhood.
In my free time I love to watch football or baseball. I enjoy cross training at F-45. I have found that balancing running with cross training dramatically decreases burnout and injury chances. As a native of Houston, I have grown up a fan of the Longhorns, Texans, and Astros. I love to run and spend time with my friends and family. I have a younger brother who plays football for the Drake Bulldogs in Des Moines, Iowa, so you can often find me there during the fall weekends. I ran cross country and track for 4 years in high school and have run 8 half Marathons. I also ran the Houston Marathon in January 2024. I am running the Big Cottonwood marathon that will take place September 14, 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
My goal is to run it in under 4 hours and 30 minutes, so all the workouts are tailored towards that.
